  • You fill in a comprehensive digital health form with over 100 questions
    • The questions concern your life and touch on the areas of Diet, Training and Lifestyle
  • We have a personal meeting over video
    • You get space to tell where you are and what challenges you have
  • You get a current status in the form of a health report - see examples here.
  • Digital courses in nutrition, exercise, stress management
  • Based on the health form and our meeting, you will receive an individualized health protocol to reach your health goals - see examples here.
  • Meetings are booked by you as a customer  - it's your health journey
  • Price for the service described above: SEK 2295 (incl. VAT)
    • No tests or analysis of tests are included in this service
    • The service is paid with an invoice service from Fortnox where the following payment methods are possible: Swish, partial payment, direct bank transfer and pay later.

HOW to get this service

You first book an introductory meeting . Before the meeting, you get to answer a few short questions about your health, yourself and your goals.

In the introductory meeting, we meet digitally via video and go over your health goals and plan your individually tailored health advice .

An introductory meeting costs SEK 425 (incl. VAT) and is 30-45 minutes long.
